As I write this, I finally realize the horror of what we have discussed. The dark crevasses of the mind, those that spare us from the reality of what is actually happening around us, have been opened to the cold pale light of awareness. I reel, as the knowledge of what we have discovered... no, wrought upon ourselves, has sealed our doom. We went too far in. We shone our lights into the Abyss, and it recognized us. Marked us. Hunts us. I could sleep if it were not for the incessant squishing noises that my mind imagines are just outside the door. There they are now! I will not let them take me! They come for me! It comes for me!!
